Tuesday's special? Chocolate and Pistachio Cupcakes
The cake itself was fantastic, though I think that the buttercream was slightly too sugary for my liking, unless you took quite a large bite. I also think that the term "and Pistachio" was very deceptive as there were no pistachios in the cake itself (that I could taste) and if there were any in the icing they were so finely ground that the flavour was masked by the vanilla and sugar of the buttercream. Still good though, and I suspect something that will become a weekly occurence!
To finish, one of the things I see as I walk towards the office each time I'm in London. Pretty spectacular me thinks....

So jealous and yet also a tiny bit relieved that I don't have to test my nonexistent willpower in such circumstances!
Oooh, yum the Hummingbird Bakery - that is a pretty dangerous location!! What a fun area to work in though. Hope you are enjoying your London days!
